We’ve got exciting news—Bank Shot is moving from a single-purpose mobile app to a fully web-friendly platform, giving you and your clients an easier, more flexible way to send and receive payments.

Why the Change?

We’re making payments simpler and more seamless:

• No more app downloads - clients can pay instantly from any device, no extra steps.
• Easier branding & customization - update your payment page in real time.
• More flexibility - access your custom payment page on desktop and mobile.

What’s Changing?
🚨The Bank Shot App is Going Away
Starting March 5th, our iPhone and Android apps will be retired and no longer supported.

Your New Web-Based Payment Page
Instead of an app, you’ll now have a customizable, shareable payment page that works on any device—no installs required.

Customizing Your Branding (White-labeling)
If you previously had a white-labeled app or want to create a branded payment experience, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to Settings > Whitelabels in your Bank Shot dashboard.

2️⃣ Create or edit your branded payment page.

3️⃣ Set Up Your Custom Look

• Upload your logo and a favicon (small browser tab icon).
• Pick a background color to match your brand.
• Create a custom subdomain (e.g., payments.yourbusiness.com) for a professional, recognizable payment link.

4️⃣ Save & Share

• Click “Save” to finalize your settings.
• Your new payment page is now live and ready to use!

Sharing Your New Payment Link

🔗 Copy Your Unique Payment URL

1. Once your white-label settings are saved, go to the Whitelabel List Page.
2. Find your payment page and click “Copy URL.”

📩 Update Your Marketing & Client Communication

• Swap out any app download links on your website, email signatures, invoices, or marketing materials.
• If you have a QR code for payments, update it with your new payment page URL.
• Send a quick email or text to clients letting them know payments are now even easier—just click the link and pay.
